Minar established VSP while serving as Chief Functionary at YUVA, Mumbai, driven by a deep commitment to addressing rural challenges through a rights-based approach. His grassroots work laid the foundation for a lifelong journey in social transformation. Over the years, Minar has held several influential global roles: Regional Director, United Nations Millennium Campaign (Asia Pacific) Executive Director, People's Movement for Democratic Human Rights Education (PDHRE) Senior Director of Global Operations, Amnesty International.
With a career that spans continents and causes, he has remained rooted in one core belief: that human dignity, democracy, and sustainable development must go hand in hand. Minar’s work continues to inspire collective action for a just and equitable world.
