    CEO

"Since I began my work with VSP in 1993, even before its formal establishment in April 1995, I have had the privilege of contributing to its formation—registering the organization, setting up key processes, and contextualizing its mission. Over the years, I have witnessed countless positive stories of empowerment and collective achievements within marginalized communities across Maharashtra. It has been an honor to collaborate with a credible governing board, dedicated team members, and generous supporters. VSP's commitment to an inclusive work culture, built on mutual trust and the creation of learning spaces for all, has been central to our shared success."
