We also ensured food security by distributing grocery kits to 10,955 families of migrant workers from Mumbai, Ratnagiri, Dhule, Buldhana, and Amravati districts. This initiative wouldn’t have been possible on a large scale without the support from Care India, BNP Paribas, Plan International and individual donorsWe also fed 200 migrant workers with cooked meals, who were on their way back home to North India. ‘Mission for Vision’ NGO supported us in this drive. VSP admires the untiring efforts of doctors, nurses and police who are working around the clock during these crucial times. To keep these frontline workers safe, we distributed 2750 Personal Protection Equipment Kits to them. These kits were supported by Care India.
